Claire Canning was appointed to interior design and refurbish a mid-century coastal property in Norfolk. Working on all aspects of the interior, including the re-configuration of the space with two bespoke kitchens, two lounges, pool house, master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and multiple guest and bathrooms.
High quality finishes and bespoke joinery was used throughout including Zimbabwean granite counter tops, bespoke limestone flooring, oiled larch and white washed oak and burr veneers.
Custom made furniture included wardrobes, desks, headboards, shelving and sofas. Leasing with multiple contractors including lighting and sound specialist, architect, bespoke stair manufactures, landscape designer, carpenters, furniture suppliers and soft furnishing specialists.
Key features included Lutron controls for all lighting and integrated music system. Contemporary furniture was specified to sit alongside antique collectibles.
A colour scheme of tonal whites with bright primary accents defined the space and complimented the textiles selected from Christopher Farr, Andrew Martin, Ralph Lauren and Kvadrat.
